以TRIZ理論探討於「手持無線裝置」領域之研發應用

Research of TRIZ and Its Application to Field of Hand-Held Wireless Devices

摘要

TRIZ為Altshuller所發展,係俄文「Theoria Resheneyva Isobretatelskehuh Zadach」的四個字母開頭縮寫而成,意思為「發明問題解決理論(Theory of Inventive Problem Solving)」。其中,矛盾矩陣表更為TRIZ中人們所常用以解決問題的方法之一。Altshuller自1946年開始閱讀多篇專利,經過分析後並加以分類,歸納出39個工程參數,找出40個發明原則,以促進發明及問題的解決。然而,由於工程參數之概念過於上位化,加上Altshuller閱讀的大多為舊時期的專利,矛盾矩陣表難以被一般業界研發人員所理解以及應用。此外,現今的矛盾問題、發明規則,缺乏特定技術領域的專利實例,對於現代的研發人員而言,亦造成莫大的不便,故本研究欲以TRIZ理論,探討於「手持無線裝置」領域之研發應用。因涉及專利以及TRIZ,本研究之研究方法分成下列步驟:一、專利檢索及下載;二、定義矛盾問題;三、發明原則分類;四、專利範例建立;五、研發創新以及專利申請。最後,本研究以兩個「手持無線裝置」案例為示範性案例,找出其工程參數之下位關鍵字,並建立特定技術領域之專利範例,以驗證本研究之可行性,並進一步地,以利研發人員創新研發與專利申請。

TRIZ, developed by Altshuller, is composed by the beginning letters of the "Theoria Resheneyva Isobretatelskehuh Zadach". TRIZ means that the theory of solving the inventive problem (Theory of Inventive Problem Solving), wherein the contradiction matrix, for many people, is a useful tool to solve the inventive problem in the TRIZ. From 1946, Altshuller classified a lot of patents after he had read and analyzed them. Finally, he summarized in 39 engineering parameters and 40 inventive principles, for promoting the invention and solving the problem. However, because the patents read by Altshuller are early patents and the engineering parameters are the upper concepts, today they are too hard to use for the personnel of R&D. Additionally, the contradiction problems and the inventive principles lack the examples in specific filed so that the user always feels inconvenient. Accordingly, the thesis is to provide the research of TRIZ and its application to field of hand-held wireless devices. Related to patents and TRIZ, the thesis comprises the following step of researching and downloading the patents, defining the contradiction problems, classifying the inventive principles, establishing the “patent example” and innovating for patent application. Furthermore, the thesis takes the hand-held wireless devices as the case study and establishes the “patent example” in specific field, for letting the personnel of R&D innovate for patent application.
