摘要
本研究提出一種透過文獻計量及專利數據分析來進行智慧製造技術趨勢之方法,尤其針對人工智慧(AI)應用於智慧製造之產業發展趨勢為分析要點,此方法主要可分為三部分。第一部分係運用文獻計量學分析國際上論文、期刊、評論之數據量,藉此產出文獻資料之間之引證關係網路,文獻計量學分析的部分運用一套文獻共引證分析軟體CiteSpace來建立引證關係之可視化圖表;於第二部分,本研究以分析美國專利資料庫(USPTO)、歐洲專利局(EPO)兩個專利資料庫之特定檢索標的,並以專利管理圖表之概念呈現出檢索群所隱含之訊息;第三部分係針對第一與第二部分之資料進行整合分析,本研究以共引證關係建立文獻之間之聯繫強度,並透過可視化圖表的分析了解檢索標的之技術發展方向。
最後,本研究提供一實際案例做為驗證,亦證實於時間推演上可以達到系統化地了解針對人工智慧應用於智慧製造之產業發展趨勢。

Abstract
The main purpose of this thesis is to analyze the technological
development trend of artificial intelligence (AI) as applying on
smart manufacturing. The technological trend is analyzed based
on bibliometric analysis as well as patent analysis. The method
comprises three phases: Phase I: using the bibliometric analysis
to analyze academic literatures including international papers,
journals, and reviews, and to produce a citation network of the
literatures, wherein the bibliometric analysis
is based on a citation analysis software, CiteSpace, so as to
establish visualization chart of the citation relationship;
Phase II: analyzing the specific search targets of the two
patent databases including United States Patent Database (USPTO)
and the European Patent Office (EPO), while presenting the
information implied by the search targets in patent management
charts; Phase III: integrating analysis results of Phase I and
Phase II.
Furthermore, a case study was made in this thesis to show the
trend of AI application to Smart Manufacturing, which shows the
effectiveness of the method as proposed in this research.
